High res laptop recommendation

Hey all,

I'm thinking of a new used laptop with a high-resolution screen
because I am damn tired of {1024|1366}*768 crap. Can anyone recommend
me something that can take DDR2, preferably has a 64 bit processor,
and a 1600x1200 or 1920x1200 screen, and which I can get for about
$150 on ebay? Size isn't a huge issue (I'm good with <= 15").
