Hello hello,

At the board meeting we decided to appoint Corey the Executionairre of AHA with the general idea that he'd handle the messy overhead of enforcing membership, recruiting new members, etc etc. We need to come up with a list of his responsibilities as an officer.

Concepts for responsibilities, with lockers:

Going through the lockers and determining which lockers have stuff in them from an extremely non-active member (Those who we haven't seen in forever, moved away, etc.)
Taking said materials and sending out warning emails saying that the locker will be cleared out and items put in purgatory.

Checking with those who have lockers but haven't been down to AHA/paid dues in a bit.
Send those ones a nicely worded email asking how they're doing, what they're up to, and if they're looking to continue their membership? Have they seen the renovations?

If they don't reply/are not interested in paying, clearing out their locker and putting objects in purgatory for a week to allow the owner to grab them. After that, free game.

Beyond lockers:

Going through the list of members and simply seeing who is paying membership dues and who isn't.
If the person is actively using the space but not paying, emailing them to ask why this is.

If the person has disappeared, reaching out to them via email to see what we might do to entice them back or if its just a busy time in their life etc. etc.

Woohoo!

Extracting keys and codes from unpaid members
Deleting rfid codes from lock after ? period of days of no rfid return.
Updating google doc status of keys/codes for extinct members

I think we should also ask that Corey do some new member outreach: standardize the membership forms EVEN FURTHER et al.
