This looks good, guys -- thanks. I don't see any glaring omissions here
except for activity 4 (is Dana going to fill out the details here?); but
after looking over the Noisebridge notes, I'm curious how much detail
the IRS will eventually want from us. Take a look at this page, which
details the additions Noisebridge had to make to come into line with
what the IRS wanted:

think we covered just about all the details of the activities in
passing, but it might be worthwhile to spell out the stuff in section 2
