Hi directors,

Please respond to this as soon as you can -- we can't delay much because
we need to get the PCs purchased this week. I realize a couple of you
are on vacation, but it won't take long to look this over and let us
know your stance here.

We are proposing to take on three loans at $420 (total $1260) to offset
costs for new PCs. The terms of this agreement in two of three cases
have been for us to provide a year of membership in exchange for the
loan. Other proposed terms can be viewed here:

, in case the third opts for this.

The loans would be coming from Michael Senkow, Tyler Worman, and Zach
Steindler. I think that probably makes Ox ineligible to vote on this,
and so we will need everyone else to respond to pass this.

For the record, I am voting yes.

Hmm, I don't recall that we've had any hard "no" on the issue. I
generally am against taking on debt; but our timeline is rather tight to
try and raise more money without strings attached, and I think we can
"pay" these off easily.

More details:

 It looks like we have secured (fingers crossed) almost enough funding sans loans. The remaining amount (~$420) if loaned, would mean us paying that back over 12 months at a cost of $35 (p/month). Or faster, if we choose.
