A bit of an update from the landlord. I'll provide another update at the end of the week regarding the status of everything mentioned below! (FYI: Mark = Head of Maintenance for the landlord)

Great!  I'm glad you spoke with him. He will be stopping by tomorrow morning to check the gate situation. Thank you for letting me know.

I will get you paperwork for the new business by the end of the week.

Just an FYI,

I spoke with Mark today, he is able to meet with me on Wednesday at 10am, I will discuss with him:
 - Stench Smell
 - Sewage overflow damage
 - Heat issues
 - Lack of functional heat
 - Metal Gate being left open

Do you have any updates from the main office about updating the language in the lease to reflect planned activities down here?

Let me know if you need any information from me, anything I can do to help expedite the process would be wonderful.

Thanks,

Hi Dena,

A few quick notes (Sorry to inundate you with all this)

1) The stench smell came by again today (3/25), it's not happening as badly, but still noticeable by customers.

2) The radiator heating in the hallway is no longer necessary, and I don't believe the thermostat in the hall adjusts this. Could you have maintenance turn it off?

3) The back metal gate does not automatically close, and we've noticed a few times over the past few weeks that sometimes it's left open (not sure by whom). A bungie cord is now in place, which helps reduce this, but doesn't seem like a permanent solution.

4) Is there any chance the Janitor Closet sink can be made functional again?

5) I've placed additional notices in the bathrooms to make sure our staff / customers aren't putting anything aside from toilet paper into the toilets.

Thanks Dena!

Hi Dena,

We experienced the stench smell today, I called in and notified the individual who answered the phone, they said they would pass it on.

Also, any updates on the items below?

Thank you!

Hi Dena,

Thanks for the meeting last week, I think it helped clarify a number of questions we had, and we are looking forward to resolving the current issues!

We discussed working with Mark of Maintenance to:
 - Assess the floor/drywall damage in the bathrooms for repair
 - Further work on the stench smell source by meeting to review where Mike had previously stopped
 - Look into possible vent/exhaust options

1) Do you know what the status of meeting with Mark is? I have yet to hear from Mark about dates/times.

2) Have you heard back about approving the general activities of AHA at 525 E. Liberty St.?

Thanks Dena,

 - Josh Williams
