3 Beige PCs Donated by Barracuda

Hey Ya'll,

I'm about to get three PCs donated from Barracuda. They're beige boxes though… 2GB / 250GB. The video cards have DVI ports, not sure what the CPUs are, but the mobo is an MS 7309, which means it's probably an Athlon 64.

Not sure how useful these will be, but they could probably be used for some of the classes we teach. Certainly won't be using them for gaming.

If anyone thinks I shouldn't bother with these, let me know, and I can have them keep the machines.

I'm leaning towards yes. Though they probably won't have a place / be up and running until we move the Cube out and Workstations in - maybe a couple weeks?

Any other thoughts?

Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but I'm kinda worried about leaving all of this stuff(especially the computers) in a dark unlocked room. Is there somewhere else we could put these?
