As a parent whose son has some anger issues (I've been informed the cause is that he is 12 and male), this looks very cool:

It could be a simple heart rate monitor attached to something that squeals/pauses the game when the rate goes too high.
On the other hand, the game in this article causes you to lose the ability to shoot at enemy space ships when your heart rate is too high, which would make me angrier than anything.
Any ideas on how to get a heart rate monitor to talk to a computer and doesn't cost much?
