Would AHA be interested in running the Learn to Solder again at this year's AA Mini Maker Faire? It is June 8.

This year we'll be at Washtenaw Community College's Morris Lawrence Building--a little less space, but close to town.

There is a discount we can get for the LTS badge from the Maker Shed.

The Call for Makers is open now if there are also other things you all would like to do.

We already applied to do mini maker faire, haven't gotten a reply back yet.

We'll be getting back to exhibitors soon. I did check and yours is one of the first (thank you!).

It sounds like you all are concentrating on some other activities this year instead of LTS. Was just checking.

I replied in the middle of the night for some odd reason, my bad.

I meant to ask, do you think we could combine the two booths. We have the workforce and will probably end up teaching it anyways. The only reason I was unsure of having two booths was because we don't have a final count of how many AHA bodies, I mean volunteers, we will have. Even if the booths were right next to each other, I see this as much simpler than spreading out our workforce.

It would be great to have AHA run the LTS again this year.

It seems like we could put the two areas together. The only issue that comes to mind is protecting any flooring (I'll have to ask if we have uncarpeted areas).

If we can't get protected flooring, we can always bring stuff in to protect it if that what we have to do.

Dale, just confirming: Are we in charge of running the LTS booth? Is it confirmed that it will be located next to us? Are we getting a couple bodies from the MMF volunteers list, or supplying our own volunteers?

Thanks!
