Hi,

I installed the last version of Agilo for Trac to do some tests on it and encountered a blocking issue :

I can't open a ticket from the backlog since the link given by the UI is in the following format, http://ticket/3
This issue occurs with the Demo Tickets, or any newly created ones.

I tried to add/remove the url in the Basic Settings > URL field, nothing worked.

How can I fix this relative / absolute link issue ?

Regards

Try setting base_url in trac.ini

Hi,

I'm having the same issue, but setting base_url in trac.ini did not
help. Anything else I could do?

Best regards

I'm also getting this issue with a fresh new install. I've also trying
setting the base_url but it still fails.

Any further information out there about this?

Cheers!

Hi everybody,

what is the Trac version you are using?
Please make sure to restart Trac after updating the base_url setting.
Also, try setting the log level to warning, and check the log for this warning:
'base_url option not set in configuration, generated links may be incorrect'

Cheers

I'm having the same problem. I'm using Trac 0.12. I tried the Agilo
demo from the Windows installer and the installation from egg for
python 2.7 with trac 0.12.

Both having the same issue.

The ticket url in the backlog view is generated like "//ticket/42".
There is one leading slash too much.

Setting "base_url" does not make a difference.

Please help.

Cheers, Manfred Griesser

I worked around by changing the file 'Lib\site-packages
\binary_agilo-1.3.6.2_PRO-py2.5.egg\agilo\scrum\backlog
\backlog_renderer.py'

Replace line 136 by this one:
file_str.write('<span class="%s numeric" data="{field:\'%s\'}"><a
href="/ticket/%s">%s</a></span>' %(field, field, item_id, item_id))

Hi Manfred,

thanks for sharing your work-around.
Probably, though, this won't work on Agilo/Trac instances with multiple projects, so I have filed a bug report in order to handle this properly in these different cases.

Cheers
