User story order in backlog no longer persists after upgrading

I recently upgraded to 0.9.6, and now I can no longer reorder stories
in the product backlog.
Drag-and-drop works, but if I come back to the product backlog page
later, the stories have reverted to the original ordering.
Anybody know why this might be happening, and what I could do to fix
it?
