Today I tried to reproduce the error on a Windows XP machine... Got no
error.
When I copied the directories from the Vista machine and updated the
pathes (incl. trac-admin resync) I also got the errors in those
projects on the XP machine.
Is there any information stored outside the agilo directory? Maybe

Script to link tasks with stories

Hi,
I have created a script that links tasks with stories, so that you do
not have to enter them manually after you import from CSV. The import
did not work for i_links and o_links (it may now though) so I created
a script to recteate them. You just provide story ID and range of task
IDs.
It runs on Linux or requires Cygwin with curl for Windows

Hi Dietmar,

Keep in mind that the Burndown chart is shown according to the client set timezone, therefore if a client connects from UTC+5 and the sprint was set in UTC, the burndown chart and the dynamic lines will be shown with UTC offset, the weekends will be shown with the client locale. It is not an optimal solution, but the burndown must be bound to where the team sits, so the assumption we make is that the Scrum Master, that can create the sprint (or the Product Owner) are sitting close to the team ;-)

Request to include Ticket 761 in upcoming release

We've been using Agilo for a short while, and would like to be able to
customize the start and end days of the week (out week starts on
Sunday and ends on Thursday).

There's already an open ticket on that (#761). Is it possible to give
it a priority boost and maybe include it in the upcoming versions?

Mea culpa! I found the "bug". The problem was that the sprint start
time was set to 0:00 o'clock.
This shows up as 23:00/day before on some clients (difference between
MEZ - UTC).
If I set it to 8:00 the calculation is correct.

OK, it seems it did help for the issue. But still strange things
happen to burndown. Take a look on this:

1. The weekends marked in gray does not match with flat parts of
actual and ideal burndown.
2. The trend line does not follow changes in burndown.

Hi Dietmar,

This should definitely not be the case. To understand this better, could
you please elaborate on the timezones used on the server and on the clients?

Also at what time does the sprint start and end? It may be that we have
bugs in the calculations that try to mesh the timezones with the concept

Hi all,

I figured out the problem... we're using a variation on the
vulnerabilityTickets plugin, and the code isn't very robust. It
doesn't do a sanity check to make sure that the ticket ID is a valid
one before attempting to do some processing. At any rate, I will
remember to try to figure out if a "bug" is a result of a plugin

Custom Query and References

I have created a custom query and I would like it to bring back
References and Referenced by data. I selected these as columns to be
returned in my query. It is not bringing back data for these columns
it is only putting dashes in the column instead. Can someone tell me
how to fix this?

Permissions are confounding....

Hi all,

I find the permissions policy in Agilo a little strange, but perhaps
it's because I don't understand it well enough. Here's my situation:

I have a QA group. They should be able to access the Edit tab of a
ticket, so that they can change the ticket states and make other
necessary edits to a ticket.
