Hi there:

I just upgraded from Agilo 0.9.3 to 0.9.7. The story point burndown chart sounds like a great new feature, but in our case the generated image is blank. The hours burndown chart looks fine, however.  Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue?

Here's our steup:

Trac0.12.3dev-r10683
Agilo0.9.7
Babel0.9.4
Docutils0.7
Genshi0.6
GIT1.7.4.1
mod_wsgi3.3 (WSGIProcessGroup WSGIApplicationGroup %{GLOBAL})
MySQLserver: "5.1.54-1ubuntu4", client: "5.1.54", thread-safe: 1
MySQLdb1.2.2
Pygments1.4
Python2.7.1+ (r271:86832, Apr 11 2011, 18:30:20) [GCC 4.5.2]
pytz2010b
setuptools0.6
Subversion1.6.12 (r955767)
jQuery:1.4.4

Take care,

Lorin

Hi Lorin,

With the sprint where you're seeing no data in the chart, is this a sprint that existed before the sprint burndown feature was added? In our release notes,I believe it was mentioned that the feature wouldn't work for past sprints because none of the necessary data was being accumulated. If it's a new sprint though, then something is wrong.

Thanks,
Thom

Hi Tom:

This was a sprint that existed before the feature was added, that must be the issue.

Where can I find the release notes? The documentation page <http://www.agilofortrac.com/en/documentation/> points to <http://www.agile42.com/blog/categories/agilo/>, but that page does not have the latest release notes on it.

You can find the release notes for each release on our Agilo Software blog:

and the full history of changes in the file called CHANGES.txt
included in the open source tarball.
