Does this happen for every sprint or only for this specific sprint?

More to that, in this sprint story burndown chart is not working as weel, even though I have user stories with story points in it. It was working in previous sprint

I am not sure that this is related to your problem, but I experienced the same issue by creating a team with non-ASCII characters in the name.
Can you try renaming your team make sure to enter all valid ASCII characters?
You can do that from the database, in the agilo_team table.
