Release 16.12.0:

Replaced the followers view with a followers table. Users are listed
in this table based on the time the following link was created.

A new keywords table has been added to the default view for all types
of rolons. This table lists the keywords alphabetically and provides
links to the keyword rolons. The keywords table has also now been
removed from the keyword view.

Renamed the Keywords view to AddKeyword and made the view conditional
on write access.

Added remove column to keywords table.

Refactored AddKeyword.

The keyword rolon now lists the tagged rolons starting with the most
recently tagged rolon.

Found/fixed a low-level bug in the parent/child cache.

The web UI now uses specialized classes when creating journal entries.

The journal iterator now filters based on journal entry class.

This release includes change sets 4170 through 4216.
