The AW5 Kernel should now be fully functional

I had a good chat with Alex today. He'll work on ElementFactory and NoRemoveStringIterator and then move on to system testing of the kernel. I'll take over validate and Naji will handle the BTree components. That leaves you, at least for now, with unit testing and scaladocs. The code now for everything except these six items:

1. Disk block management (Bill)
2. Validate (Bill)
3. Collisions (Bill)
4. Caching (Bill)
5. BTrees (Naji)
6. Benchmarks (Naji)

I will spend a little time on the scaladocs before moving on to the core level. Note that except for caching, scalability and multi-threading, everything should now be fully functional, though I expect a lot of bugs to surface as testing proceeds.
