Workshop to build visual management

Hi all,

 

I’m working with a new team and we want to build our visual management. My idea is to help the team building the visual management they will use (instead of pushing an already build visual management) kind a bottom-up approach. I'm looking for a workshop/agile game to do this. Any ideas?
