Dear Asad,
In Game design you need to tell a story where participants are engaged. So,
you need to start at point "A" and the result is at the point "B". Between
both points you have the "learning journey".
One single game is often not enough. What are your expectations for this
game? What's the purpose?
As example, for your workshop, you can use "Fearless Journey Game" to focus
on the Change part addressed by Lean Start'up, Lego Serious Play are
helpful too.
The best is fixing your purpose and then come back with the question.
