Subject: A3 Thinking game

Hello,

Would like to know if some of you has already set up a game on A3 thinking
or PDCA ?

the idea is to animate a seminar on the subject ;-)

thanks,
Fred

IMHO, A3 is best learned with a mentor on a real problem. The whole point
is going to the Gemba and thinking for yourself. Not sure if a game is
applicable here.

Hi Bruno,

Yes, you are right, the ball point game is good for PDCA but I'm more
focusing on the A3 thinking approach.

thanks for the suggestion,

Fred
