ArtsCow.com is quite popular in the print-and-play board gaming world.

If branding doesn't matter, Marc Cohn's decks at Mountain Goat Software are
a good product.

We have ordered from a Chinese printer that we found using
AliBaba.com. If you can wait a month or so I can provide feedback.
What I can say right now is that the price is incomparably low but
there is a minimum of a 1000 decks, which for us was not a problem.

I've made tiny-custom ones using moo.com business cards (50 business cards for $20. I put playing card-style numbers on the front and used photos of the team for the backs).

Cheers,

Adrian

There's always http://store.mountaingoatsoftware.com/collections/all  but
if you're looking for something custom I might reach out to the folks at
Cyrus Innovation for a recommendation. They have they're own decks but I'm
not sure who they're vendor is.

The moo.com approach can also be used to put your own brand on the backs of
the cards,
and they are good quality.

Don't forget that for printing cards with your own brand you need to
receive the royalty free license from Mike Cohn :-)

Just don't hesitate contacting him at "Mike Cohn" <
m...@mountaingoatsoftware.com>,  the licensing procedure is simple as for
me. The main condition that there has to be mentioned proper copyright
message on card box, instructions page or directly on cards.

After you providing the signed license and design of cards, Mike or Laura
will sign the contract from there side and nothing prevents you from
printing ;-)

Hi

You can try www.ivory.co.uk for personalised planning poker cards and
standard packs.
Very good quality and the minimum order is one pack.

Cheers

Hi Joshua,

We actually ordered a bunch from a vendor in China.

We ordered a 1000 pack (minimum was 500) it cost about 1,000 US$ without
shipping.

We were quite satisfied with the end result.

The only thing is that it takes quite some time to produce and get to us.

Email me privately if you want the contact details
