想试问： 有没有成功应用Twitter和Google Calendar作为团队主要交流方式的朋友呢？ 能分享一下经验吗？

面对面的交流是同步交流，当然很重要。 但也会打扰和中断他人的工作。

Twitter Google Calendar 等， 更是一种主动、被动，异步，同步交流的多种组合。

我在思考，是不是可以更好的促进沟通，让团队可以高效前行。

Google Group 最好不过了
使用MailList连接每个人，便于文档存储等。
交流的话，内部的IM工具就可以办到

Twitter不同于IM，在一个办公室里，IM的作用和口头交流相似。我也在部门里提出过使用Twitter，因为Twitter最初其实是写What are
you
doing?的一个小应用。当所有人都有写Twitter的习惯的时候，很容易让整个团队的人都了解和回顾团队每个成员处于的工作状态，应该是比较好的东西。不 过培养习惯还是很难的。

但是Google
Calendar....我在上一家公司，曾经拿它来分活给二次开发人员。大家互相共享日历。时间跟踪很方便。修改也很容易，最后用它来当工作周报，会比较容易 提起积极性。不过，用法上的意义不是太大。而且感觉Google
Calendar比Twitter更不招人待见。

我想与对面坐着的人说点啥，还用IM？还不够费劲的呢！

如果是分布式团队，那是没办法。
