Have the following question: does anybody use innovation games at the
dealing with customer? Could you share some experience?

Я думаю, что приведенные игры будут полезны команде, которая хочет
более эффективно работать со своими заказчиками.
К сожалению, как мне кажется, ментальность украинца не позволяет
серьёзно относиться к играм как к инструментам работы.
В этом, наверное, прокол нашего сверхсерьёзного образования - мы почти
не играем в игры на уроках/парах... Хотя, всем известно, что игры -
это один из наиболее эффективных способов обучения...
С другой стороны, люди, пришедшие к agile, как мне кажется, уже
сделали существенный шаг из рамок своего опыта, и должны быть готовы к
применению "несерьёзных" техник для повышения эффективности своей
работы. :)
