Here is the report from the 3rd Agile Gathering done in Kyiv on 9/10.

Tim Yevgrashyn and I, we did a gathering in Kharkov on 12/10, it was a 3-hour Q&A session on SCRUM adoption, report is to come. We are now planning to conduct a gathering in Lviv in December. Feel free to contact us if you have a local community in your region, we will be happy to see you.
