From the first week I saw them I knew the team was the one 

As they started iteration and smiled 
For their WIPs were so low of course 
They've started the project, all eager and wild

When he knocked on the door and entered the room 
Our cubicles felt fear of his essence 
He would be our first coach, and with a careful hand 
He will remove the walls that hide our faces 

They call me Agile Coach
But i am a lazy geek
Why they call me it I do not know

On the second week I brought them a whiteboard 
The were more excited than any team I'd seen 
I said, 'Do you know where the green bars glow 
So Test so Driven so D?' [читать как "ди"]

On the second week he came with a board 
Said: 'Will you give me your bugs and your sorrow?' 
We nodded our heads and closed bash.org 
He said, 'If I show you the tests will you follow?' 

They call me Agile Coach

On the third week he took us to retrospective 
He showed us the issues we've missed 
And the last thing we heard was a muttered word 
As he stood smiling above us with a mock of a list

On the last week I took them to the CI/CD 
And deployment to live, and the green bar reports 
I will see them maybe, I said, 'You must TDD' 
And left them, installing Hudson for their builds
