Internal Server Error

Hey guys one more question. ive been working with atk on the local host when i try to put a clean copy into my webhost (Hostgator) i get the following:  Any help is appreciated,

Site adress:  http://v6.israleague.com

Error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webm...@v6.israleague.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi mate!

Maybe you can check Apache log file? I guess exact reason for this error should be mentioned there?

did you check error_log ?

delete your .htaccess file, it should help.

Following my logs it told me a index was globally writable. i then changed it so it wasn't, then reloaded my page and it told me i needed php 5.3.  

I added  # Use PHP 5.3
AddType application/x-httpd-php53 .php  

to my .htaccess file and it works now.  anything i should not of done there? Just checking and thanks for the help guys.
