One general question, the Simplified Chinese translation is a bit slow
and kind of paused recently, therefore I'm a bit concerned about :
- should we complete Simplified Chinese translation before a certain "deadline"
- or having through discussion

It is normally only open to the lead translator of each language. This

I noticed from the the preview of the Arabic translation that there is
no support for right to left text so the punctuations appear
misplaced. Did the Hebrew and Persian solve this?
I suggest adding dir="rtl" attribute to the body tag but this need to
be done from the html version. That will also invert the table that
