Subject: Latvian translation finished
Guess, the story of this translation began when I'd joined the
AgileLatvia community in the 1st half of 2011. Actually, I've
practiced XP and TDD as a developer since 2003 and for the current
moment I'm experementing with applying Agile and Lean practices in
operational management.

But back to the point! The ALE initiative was proclaimed at the same
time I'd joined and so one evening we gathered together to discuss how
AgileLatvia can participate on European and local scopes. One of the
tasks for local scope was the Agile/Lean practiсes popularization on
government level.

Well, I was very surprised when I didn't see Agile Manifesto
translated into Latvian, and so I'd just organized the translation
process and made it happen.

People and Roles:
- VladimirTarasoff -- translation coordinator
- AleksejsTruhans -- reviewer
- AgileLatvia -- lots of help in reviewing
