Extra objective

I read through the objectives and there is one I'd like added that
didn't seem covered, I might be mistaken.

* encourage collaboration between organisations

My justification is primarily that there are times, due to resource
constraints that I need to find a company that can do some work for
me. It takes an astonishing amount of time to find them. I would
like to see some form of a searchable register that allows me to find
organisations that can help me with the needs that I have.

A wiki with a preferred format of information about your organisation
might be a great mechanism.

There are probably other benefits too, especially for service
providers.
