Subject: OK AFS Fall Meeting Online Registration now active
Hi everyone,
The online registration for the annual meeting, being held this fall on
10/23/2012 (starting with a 3pm social) - 10/25/2012, is now available at
http://nrem.okstate.edu/shouplab/okafs. To get a decent head count for the
caterers, we are asking you to complete online registration on or before
10/5/2012. Registration cost will be higher after that date (and at the
door). During the registration process, we will specifically ask you which
socials you plan to attend to help us with planning. ODWC personnel should
NOT use online registration, but should handle this according to the
instructions you receive from the Chief's office (you guys will do direct
billing as usual), but please make sure you communicate that you plan to
attend prior to 10/5 as we will be asking ODWC for a head count on that
date. If for some reason you cannot register online but know you will be
coming, please send me an email to let me know so we can plan accordingly.
Additional details about the meeting are now posted at
http://nrem.okstate.edu/shouplab/okafs and will soon be posted to our OK AFS
web site (www.sdafs.org/okafs). If you have questions or encounter any
