It is a little early, I am afraid.

But the exam is supposed to be located at: halls at "Väg och vatten"

Where is that?

See http://www.chalmers.se/HyperText/Kartor.html. Located in the lower
left part. In the building named "Arkitektur" it's in the staircases
facing "Betonggården".

It is in the halls with names starting with VV or VÖ. (VV is the
western staircase, VÖ is the eastern staircase.) There are notes at
the bottom of the staircases at the day of the exam stating exactly
which hall the exam is in.
