- Over Eight (8+) years of experience in System and Network Administration.
- Network Security implementation, Network design/architecture and Internet applications/technology.
- Experience in a large Data Center Environment and managed more than 100 servers.
- Multiple projects implementations, support and co-ordination, firewall IPS, VPN and remote access technology.
- Experience in Symantec Anti-virus.
- In-depth knowledge of and Hands-on Experience on Various Hardware devices.
- Experience on Cisco Routers and Switches, as well as TCP/IP Network Topologies including protocols: IP, VPN, Frame Relay, ISDN and Ethernet.
- Good knowledge in supporting MS Office products.
- In-depth knowledge of WAN technologies including ISDN, Frame Relay.
- Hands on experience with installing and managing IT services such as Active Directory, Exchange 2003, DNS, WINS, DHCP, NAT and Terminal Services.
- Security Products working understanding of Firewalls, IDS, IPS, as well as encryption techniques and methods.
- Worked on Windows 2003, R2/2008 server and client technologies.
- Experience on HP ProLiant Intel based server hardware and rack deployment.
- Experience and operational knowledge on ITIL.
· A self-starter with the ability to quickly recognize and resolve technical issues under pressure and ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment.
Professional Qualification & Certification:
· MCP, MCSA, MCSE Certified 2003 Track.
· Novell Certified.
· Oracle 9i DBA Training from Oracle Recognized University iApps.
· Computer Training in MS-office, SQL Server, Fox Pro, C++, VB.
· Hardware & Networking Training.
