·                           *Minimum of 8-10 years of development and
architecture experience and at least five years utilizing ETL in the
high-level design and deployment of full lifecycle terabyte-sized data
warehouses*

·                           *Design, implement, and develop ETL
processes against high-volume and complex data sources*

·                           *Extensive experience in estimating work
efforts for complex projects*

·                           *Experience defining infrastructure
integration components of a data warehouse and ensuring reliability
and recovery capabilities for developing complex data warehouse
systems*

·                           *Set and enforce ETL standards and architecture.*

·                           *Deep technical expertise in performance
tuning (Server level, Database level and program level)*

·                           *Demonstrated expertise in directing
large-scale projects, including setting corporate strategy and ETL
standards*

·                           *Ability to manage, mentor, and develop ETL staff*

·                           *Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal
communication skills*
