Hi Guys ,

What are your views on whether the draw was fair or not .I have not
met a single winner till date on any site .If you guys know of any pls
let us know .I had participated in 300 sq m draw ,no luck lost it .

Even I have not found a single person who has got plot in this scheme. I know atleast 10 people who participated and lost their money. I also tried my luck in 300 sq yds but no success.

Hi guys ,

Some names on list are wierd ,e.g Santra ,Mishri .These sound absurd
or at best can be called pet names .I feel Forms sent to regions
outside punjab were eliminated automatically in the draw and the
winnings was distributed between local Property Dealers and Locals of
the area .Outsiders were only allowed to participate for sake of
earning interest money on their applications .


But cant complaint much .Actually most draw of Lots are rigged .It is
only once in years that normal people like us get lucky .The same was
case with Haryana and Delhi draws .

Thanks Sajal and Vivek.
In fact, I asked one of my friend before applying in this scheme, who
lived in Chandigarh and he strongly suggest me "not to apply" stating
nothing can be done in Panjab without power any money.. I was also not
expecting it at all but yesterday call from a Mohali real estate agent
changed my perception.. ( it is confirm online at gmada.org as well)
