If I edit the destination url of my ad will it get reviewed again

My ad finally got out of review however tracking of click throughs is
not working. I think this is because the site use a redirect so I am
going to change the url it goes to. If I change the destination url of
my ad will it get reviewed again? I don't want to wait for this again
so would rather create a new ad if so so at least I can keep getting... more »

keyword tools tells me the CPC for a word is one price and when I
run my campain the price jumps signifigantly. Also, some of the
words are showing very low useage by anyone else.

my target market is in Canada but my IP address is in Denver. I have
an active web site and I have very good keywords.
I am getting zero traffic driven to my web site from the Google
Adwords. What am I doing wrong??

Canadian market. The market in Canada is further targeted to 3
provinces that I can ship to. I have very good keywords, but I'm
