When I signed up to AdWords it said the activation fee was $5, but
they charged me $10 for the activation. After a google search, I
realized they charge $10 in canadian funds but it didn't say anything
about a canadian activation when

I seem to be jammed on a $50 a day budget on any of my campaigns. Even
after creating a new one, and choosing a higher budget, still stops at
$50.... any ideas?
