I didn't find anything in the Editorial and Format guidelines that say
otherwise.  In fact, if you look at the very bottom of the page in the
"Unacceptable Phrases" section, they actually use an example of what
you are suggesting as an "acceptable" ad.  You can see that (and the
rest of the guidelines) here:

It is not quite clear what you intend from your example, since an ad
actually have four lines (whereas you show two) - with the forth being
the display URL. However, unless it's misleading/inaccurate it should
be approvable to have another URL within the ad.

Please note that the first URL in the body of the ad would *not* be
clickable - in other words, not a live link. Beyond that, I suspect it
would not really be the best use of space in your ad.

Also, please note that the 3rd line of text can not continue into the
display URL - and also that the @ symbol used in place of the word
'at' in your example would likely cause the ad to be disapproved.
