Standard vs. Basic for GeoLocation Access

Good Morning,

I have a BASIC api token and am running into issues getting results for post codes and neighborhoods in Australia.

Using the Adwords Sample API code, I can query

targeting_idea_service = client.GetService('TargetingIdeaService', version='v201809')

and I iterate through a list of sample geotargets. Green are success, reds error.

Is it because of search volume is low in those neighborhoods or is my account/API level somehow restricted from getting search volume at that geo resolution?

For anyone in the future that stumbles on this -- Postal Codes aren't supported by TargetingIdeaService  anymore.
