Single Google ads API requirement to fetch all the metrics at once

Hi All, 

I want a single API to fetch all google ads metrics like total active users, adCost from past one week in some report form associated with single service-account. Previously  as we had google analytics to fetch the Metric and Dimension as well as ReportRequest classes to fulfill the requirement. But my question is how we can achieve this with new google ads apis?
