How to get all "Eligible" age ranges through Ads API?

Hi team,

I did a little bit research and still didn't find the answer. What's the correct way to get the "Eligible" age ranges through Ads API? (Which API to call and how to set the parameters?)

In this example: it's AGE_RANGE_35_44, AGE_RANGE_45_54, UNKNOWN
