Sandbox problems

I have problem with adwords sandbox. version 13. I am using
ApilityLibrary. And now it's impossible to me to login to adwords. I
am always get error "Login with this username/password failed."
This is headers sended to your sandbox.

Can you double check your password again? Did this account use to
work in the sandbox, or is the first time you are using it in the
sandbox?

for Adwords, and I get the same result. Even with account which have
real adwords account. And yes none of my account didn't used sandbox
before.
Can be problem in tab chars, which are sending before password and
developerToken. But I use adwordsApility PHP library and real adwords
account works fine without any problems.

Could you send the SOAP XML request and response that lead to this
request? Perhaps the request isn't being formatted correctly.
