I did check developer token and It's already approved.

But Problem is:

1) When I use the Adwords API with same Developer Token then It's working perfectly 

2) When I use the Google Ads API with same developer token then It's not working

Please help me.

Thank you for reaching out. The "MISSING_TOS" error shows that you did not sign the terms of service. Please log into your MCC account and navigate to TOOLS & SETTINGS -> API Center and sign the terms of service.
