There is no problem with my billing info.

The AdWords API-center alertboxes say something that roughly
translates into:
Your developer-information is about to be evaluated.

It has never been active - I am waiting for the activation.

Hi,

Monetary units in the API are always specified in micros, which are
one millionth of the fundamental currency of the account. If the
account in question uses euros, then:

0.5€ X 1,000,000 micros/€ = 500,000 micros

This fault appears to be coming from your application, not the AdWords
API servers. It looks like a broken connection. Have their been any
