AdWords API Python Client Library Updated (v4.2.0)

[AdWords API Advisor]

An updated version of Python client library is available from
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-python-lib/. This is a
minor release and includes the following changes and updates*:

- Added hook into the SoapBuffer for debugging local XML data.
- Fixed unsupported 'stacktrace' element in Errors.DetailError.
- Added debugging mode for aw_api/ReportService.DownloadCsvReport()
to test and debug local reports.
- Fixed support for downloading CSV reports with data that contains
non-ASCII characters.
