Specific account is inactive

Hi,

I'm getting the following error:

"The specified account is inactive."

Any idea what could be wrong? Maybe google needs time to update its
api database with accounts we added ?

Hello Tom,

Well... there are a number of reasons why an account might be
inactive. I'd recommend that you start troubleshooting the issue by
trying to log in to the AdWords web interface with the account's
credentials, at http://adwords.google.com/. You're likely to get a
more informative error message from the web interface, which would
hopefully include links to resolve whatever is causing the account to
be inactive.

I logged in the adwords account, found no issues.. any other reasons
why i would get that message?

Hello Tom,

The MCC account whose credentials you are using also needs to be
active. Are you able to successfully log in to the web interface using
that MCC account's credentials as well?

Another note, I heard the original adwords account was a pre-google
account account, so the original account is from before the migration.
That could be an issue?

Hello Tom,

There are occasionally quirks with very old AdWords accounts with
legacy logins. Could you pass along the account id or, if you feel
comfortable disclosing it, the account login email address for the
account in question?
