customOptions cpm?

I was just wondering, is there an option for a CustomReportJob to
include the CPM and the maxCPM? I can get them via a KeywordReportJob,
but I can't figure out how to use that to get the values I need...which
is pretty much everything in the options list of CustomReportJob. I've
tried "CPM" "CurrentMaximumCPM" and other variations but no success.

Unfortunately there are no *CPM options mentioned in the WSDL (for v3
anyway). So I guess it's not supported. You should ask Patrick or
Rohit if they can add this.

Even more important are "account" / "accountid" which are missing
(well, account is included but always says "Account" instead of the
real account name)

Here we manage 500+ accounts, so this information is useful...
