Deleted keywords in sync report

Hi,

We do not get "Deleted" keywords in our Keyword sync report
(Placement / Keyword Performance Report with includeZeroImpressions).
The API documentation says that by default keywords of all statuses
are included in report.

"Only keywords that currently (at report generation time) have one of
these statuses will be included in the report. By default, keywords in
any status are included. You can set keywords or keywordStatuses, but
not both."

We also tried setting KeywordStatuses explicitly to all possible
values: Active, InActive, Disapproved, Deleted, and Paused. But the
report still does not contain Deleted keywords.
