Python Client Library Updated (v3.2.0)

[AdWords API Advisor]

An updated version of Python client library is available from
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-python-lib/. This is a
minor release and includes the following changes and updates*:

- Added support to call API method directly, while using ZSI.
- Added support for unicode strings wherever normal strings are
accepted.
- Auto-check minimum version requirements for PyXML.
- Additional safeguard against deadlocks.
