Campaign, Groups, and Keywords Limits

There seems to be some confusion about the campaign limits for groups
and keywords on this forum. Here are the limits from Google's
"Insider's Guide to AdWords" from 2006.

2000 Ad groups per Campaign
2000 Keywords per Ad group
