map from API country/territory to full name of country/territory?

Hi,
api-generated geographic reports respond with 3-letter country codes,
whereas adwords-generated reports respond with the full name.

Anyone have a mapping? there are hundreds...

Feature-request - be consistend and/or offer both.

FYI - seems to do the trick.
