soapenv Error

I am using V11 google adwords. I followed these instructions

But Got the following error:

Fault: 1 Code: soapenv:Server.userException String: The developer
token is invalid. Detail:

Hello Adnan,

If you're sure that you have your Developer token properly formatted
for the Sandbox environment (e.g. it's set to us...@host.com++CUR),
then I'd recommend you make sure that you are actually sending your
SOAP request to the Sandbox environment and not to the production
environment by mistake. That's the type of error you'd get if you did
try to access the production environment using the credentials
appropriate for the Sandbox.
