Hii,
I have a manager account and about 25 websites within that account. I
have a page which lists all the websites or clients. After selecting
that it takes us to a page which lists campaigns for tht website if
"Active". My problem is i get the following error:

Ouch! I am not proud to announce the following AdWords API Exception:
  Message: This account has reached its user specified budget.
  Trigger: N/A
  Code: 130
  Fault Origin: /apility/getcamps.php:getActiveAdWordsCampaigns()

When I go a and check the budget status of that particular campaign
manually it says 'Limited by budget' or sometimes 'Eligible'.
Also I checked the remaining units for API in my manager account. It
shows about 7,000 units remaining.(I assume it is dynamically updated
in Client Center'.)
Why am I geting this error. Is there anything I need to do. Why do
campaigns which have eligible status show the budget error. Does it
have to do with the managers account units expired? If so then why do
some reports show up perfectly. Its all a bit confusing. Please Advise
soon as I am running out of time.

You can specify a api budget in your mcc account to $x. That's
probably what you have done. Look again.
